Grand Teton Park Winter Tours

Step into a winter wonderland on a full-day or half-day private winter tour of Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, and the National Elk Refuge. Winter tours are available from December to March.

Explore frozen lakes in a beautiful valley buried under 400 inches of snow. With our fun and knowledgeable wildlife guides, you will learn how humans and wildlife have adapted to survive during the five months of Jackson Hole winter. Wildlife often seen on tours include fox, wolves, weasels, bison, moose, elk, eagles, trumpeter swans, and big horn sheep.

Tour price includes nontaxable guided tour and taxable lunch/snacks/beverages at $25pp inclusive of 6% sales tax in Teton County and 4% sales tax in Park County.

Winter Tours Payment & Cancellation

Route varies due to group interests, road closures, and animal migration. Please dress appropriately for short outdoor winter adventures. Don’t forget your camera!

Buffalo Roam Tours is an Authorized Permittee of the National Park Service.

Full payment is due upon booking
Cancellation prior to 14 days of tour departure = fully refundable minus $30 processing fee.
Cancellation between 8-14 days of tour departure = 50% refundable.
Cancellation within 7 days of tour departure = non-refundable.
